Ingredients
Roasted Rava-1 cup
Curd-1 cup
Green Chillies-2 finely chopped
Ginger-1 inch-finely chopped
Corriander leaves-3 tsps
salt-to taste
oil-1 tsp
Eno salt-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Bengal Gram Dal -1 tsp
Curry leaves- few
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai & add mustard seeds,dal,chillies,curry leaves.Then add it to rava.Mix curd & salt to the above mixture.Finally add eno salt.immediately pour the batter to the greased Idly plate & steam it for 12 minutes.
your easy to make Rava Idly is ready in a jiff.
Serve it with coconut chutney.
