TUR DAL - VEG SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

Tur dal- ½ cup
Carrot-1
Cucumber-1
Raw mango-1
Tomato-1
Onion-1
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp or green chillies-2
Salt to taste.

Method:
Boil the tur dal by adding little water. Drain the excess water.

Chop all the vegetables finely.

Mix all the vegetables and tur dal in a bowl by adding salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Healthy and tasty salad is ready.
