IDLY MILAGAI PODI

INGREDIENTS:

Urad dal- ½ cup
Bengal gram- ½ cup
Asafetida- 1 small piece
Red chillies- 15 nos
Salt to taste
Oil few drops

Method:
Fry all the ingredients till golden brown (separately) by adding little oil.

Grind it in the mixer to a coarse powder.

Store it in a clean bottle.

You can use this podi for idly, dosai, oothappam, adai, etc.,
