MOONG DAL TOAST

Moong dal toast

Ingredients:

Bread slices- 8
Moong dal- ½ cup
Red chillies- 5
Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Garlic flakes-5
Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

Soak the dal for half an hour.

Grind it along with red chillies, cumin seeds, garlic
and salt to a coarse paste.

Apply the paste on both the sides of the bread.

Toast it on a tava by adding little oil till golden brown.

MOONG DAL TOAST IS READY.
